“My aunt is a patient at Capital City Gardens. She came into the facility unable to walk and requiring her oxygen at all times. She is now doing her own care and can go without her oxygen for certain periods of time. The nurses and STNAs have definitely become part of her family as they have mine. The SSD has been helping to find her own apartment which we did not think would be possible due to her debilitated state but the great therapy team kept her motivated and ensured she hit all of her goals.
